“All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children”
- Isaiah 54:13
Mission Statement
Holy Trinity Early Learning Center exists to serve the needs of the whole community by glorifying God through service and loving interactions with children and their families.
Philosophy
We believe children are God’s gift and deserving of honor, care and respect. At Holy Trinity ELC we allow children to do what they do best–learn through play! We also teach them about Christ in developmentally appropriate ways rooted in the Bible, using planned lessons as well as organically through modeling and conversations.
Our School Year
Holy Trinity ELC runs year-round with week-long breaks for New Year’s Eve, Spring Break, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We are closed on Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, and Labor Day. We are open Monday through Thursday, 8am-3pm.
Curriculum
The curriculum at Holy Trinity ELC is play-based with developmentally appropriate Bible-based instruction. We use The Christian Standard Bible, Adventures in Learning, Adventures for Toddlers, and Learning Without Tears. Activities offered will cover science, math, art, literacy, and social-emotional learning. Teachers are to teach in keeping with the mission of the church and the closely held, good-faith religious beliefs of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Church Missouri-Synod.
Schedule and Activities
Each classroom follows its own schedule, but every class has a morning snack provided, gross motor time outdoors if weather permits, lunch, and rest time. A newsletter and curriculum calendar will be sent out monthly.
REGISTRATION
The registration form is available for download below. Please print, complete, and return it to the church office. You can bring it by in person (we’re at 1101 W. Hudson Rd in Rogers) or scan and email to pdo@holytrin.org.
