FOOD PANTRY/FEED MY SHEEP

Thank you so much for the generosity that was shown this past Sunday for the Feed My Sheep ministry. Your donations are greatly appreciated. In the month of August over 80% of our clients were new and had never used our services. We had a total of 77 new individuals that we reached out and helped serve. So again thank you so much for your help with serving our community.

CONFIRMATION PRAYER PALS   Confirmation has begun and we are still in need of two Spiritual Pals. Along with pestering and supporting their confirmand, the Pals meet with them once a month for an hour an a half to visit with them, help them study, pray with them, and just hang out with them blessing their day. If you feel called to serve in this capacity please call or email Cameron. His email address is  cameron@holytrin.org. It really is a blessing to both the prayer pal and the student.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

These supplies mean so much to the children we send these gifts too. Pens, pencils, notebooks, crayons, and other school supplies are in desperate need in other countries. There are other needs besides school supplies.  For a complete list of items please visit

If you witness to anyone about Christ, it will have to be while you are on earth.

LIFE QUOTES“ From here, a sign of care for the weakest of the weak-the unborn child-must go out to the world…then really you will be true to what the founders of this country stood for.” Mother Teresa-A Life Quote From Lutherans For Life*

A FATHER’S PLEDGE

I pledge allegiance to my home…to my wife…to my sons and daughters.  I will honor my home and consider my trust in supporting it a sacred one.  I will do more than this.  I will take time to cultivate a friendship between myself and my family.  I will not be too busy when they need me…even though it is only to catch a football or mend a doll’s broken leg.  I will love my children as only I can.  I will complement their mother’s hours of care and concern.  I will introduce my children to Jesus and share with them the joy of Christian values in our Christian home.
